Custom Training for Artisan Bakers
Seraphina’s Oven rose from an idea to have a workspace next to a wood-fired brick oven. The enthusiasm and support of the community helped it evolve into a fully equipped bakery.
Seraphina’s launched at the end of 2018 and ran a full schedule of classes in the winter and spring. We welcomed hundreds of students, both professionals and SHBs (Serious Home Bakers), as well as children’s, custom classes and special events.
We also offer a consulting program for the trade from start-ups and expansion, formula configuration, dessert menu creation, equipment acquisition and staff training programs. Our experienced team will construct custom solutions for you and are available to travel world-wide to meet your business needs.

Martin is still working for the Baking Association of Canada but with a 'best before' date of the end of 2025.

Please let us know if you have transitioned professionally and we will help promote your new venture. Work with BAC allows us to travel, both in Canada and Europe and we continue to learn and meet amazing and talented bakers from around the world.
